Flag Draped Coffin & Taps

I recently got an email from a friend with a link to https://www.bentbay.dk/uf_usa_flag.htm which explains the symbolism behind the folding of the flag after removal from the coffin at a military funeral.  His comment about the site was “This is great!”  I sent back the photo at the left with my opinion that the reality is not so great.  I’m thankful my son-in-law didn’t come back from Iraq this way.  The pain and suffering caused by the stupid Iraq War has been enormous.  It needs to end now before any more of our children’s lives are wasted by Bush’s pitiful attempts to save face.
